Until we set-up this 'document library', we are making documents available upon request. Also, if you would like to assist others, you can do so by donating copies of your Pension Plan documents (it's easy). To request documents or donate documents, see the email links below.
The following are brief examples of documents to request or submit: Legal Plan Documents Summary Plan Descriptions (SPDs) Plan Amendments Summary Material Modifications (SMMs) Union Contracts containing Pension Provisions Pension Updates and Newsletters General correspondence about Pension Plans Any other information that may be helpful
To Request Documents:
Click on the "Request Documents" link. Send an email describing the document(s) you are looking for. Note: We are NOT the your Plan Administrator and cannot provide you with plan administration services. You'll need to contact your Plan Administrator directly. If you cannot find your Plan Administrator, click here and follow the instructions.
To Donate Documents:
Click on the "Donate Documents" link, Send an email (with the documents as attachments). If you'd like the free 15-minute consultation, indicate so in the email with your phone number.
