...this service evaluates economic damages with respect to a pension plan as a result of a wrongful termination!
  •  Significant accruals can occur within pension plans, particularly in the later years of Participant's career.
  • While 'other' damages such as health benefits, legally required benefits, and other fringe benefits  are more estimable, pension accruals are difficult to estimate.
  • We provide services for:
    •  Attorneys, or
    • Participants
  • Our report includes:
    • Year-by-year projections
    • Actuarial present values in today's dollars
    • Assumptions and methodologies
    • Coordination with Economist's Report
Whether you experienced a wrongful termination due to age (Age Discrimination in Employment Act - ADEA), disability (American with Disabilities Act - ADA) or any other reason, our service can ensure that you receive the all benefits due as a result of your claim.

Our service provides a year-by- year projection of your benefits that would have accrued, up to Normal Retirement Age. We calculate the Actuarial Present Value of those projected benefits as of a current date, and net out the Actuarial Value of current Accrued Benefits resulting in the "damages" through any given year within the pension plan.  The report can be coordinated with an Economic Consultant's Report to provide "Back Pay" and "Front Pay" splits.  These calculations can be done based on available information including Summary Plan Description (SPD), the Plan Document, Collective Bargaining Agreements, and existing Benefit Calculation provided by the Plan Administrator.   The pension projections are based on the Actuary's interpretation of the plan provisions, federal pension law (ERISA) and Employment History Data, using stated assumptions.

You will receive consultation, the report evaluating pension damages, and expert testimony if required.
